Kylie MotherF*cking Jenner

Kylie Jenner takes this vital supplement but she doesn’t ingest it…so how can we get it too??

Previously, Vogue published an article with this photo captioning it “Kylie Jenner Is Wearing Rather Than Drinking Her Probiotics” and we were all confused.

According to Vogue UK, Kylie Jenner was wearing a clothing item that “explores the benefits of encapsulating healthy skin bacteria into the fibres of clothing as an alternative to the potentially toxic antimicrobials currently used in textiles today.”

Although this seems to make sense, it’s still questionable to be a marketing scheme sponsored by the Jenner Kardashian clan. Don’t get us wrong, we are huge fans of the Jenner Kardashian clan, however we can’t forget they are business women after all.

We’re still skeptical on the impacts of a few clothing item pieces can have on our overall skin health. If we can’t get our hands on this clothing item that allegedly brings forth benefits of the skin microbiome, then what can?? We still want to know how we can really get those critical benefits for skin health.

According to the other sister Kourtney Kardashian who runs POOSH, multimedia lifestyle platform filled with tips and tricks on health and wellness. Kourtney is infamous for being a health queen and a know it all when it comes to health. She tries the top tier skin care lines and treatments that aren’t easily accessible to us.

But she does mention the vital supplement for gut health we’ve all been waiting to hear about: PROBIOTICS

Wait for it…and turn outs, they’re actually affordable.

What are probiotics and how can they actually have benefits for our skin health?

“Probiotics are foods or supplements that contain live microorganisms intended to maintain or improve the “good” bacteria (normal microflora) in the body”

If you haven’t already heard about probiotics, you’re in for a treat. According to Ohbiotics: probiotics benefits includes digestive health, fight antibiotics resistance, promote mood & memory, strengthen immunity, healthy hair, skin, & nails, increase energy, prevent skin irritation, promote healthy cholesterol, fight toxins & pathogens, and support liver function.

Probiotic bacteriotherapy can have great potential in preventing and treating the skin diseases including eczema, atopic dermatitis, acne, and allergic inflammation or in skin hypersensitivity, UV-induced skin damage, wound protection, and as a cosmetic product.

When looking for probiotic supplements, Kourtney mentions that its important to take ones with multiple different strains. These specific strains found in Ohbiotics probiotics target dermatological health related issues (acne, rosacea, inflammation, eczema, and psoriasis) that can critically impact your health internally which will show externally through your skin:

Doctors and dermatologists recommend adding probiotic supplements to your diet for not only skin benefits but also optimal health. You can shop probiotic supplements that Kourtney mentions here which is the strongest probiotic capsule supplement on the market and adds benefits of 200 billion CFU per serving with 18 different strains along with Prebiotics (which she also mentions is a must!) For more information you can visit their website and sign up for their exclusive newsletter that sends out weekly updates of the benefits of probiotics. It’s not too late, don’t miss out!
